By purchasing a recording session package or gift voucher online you agree to the following terms and conditions:-

- How to order
- Add each recording session you require to your PayPal shopping basket by clicking on the ‘Add to basket’ or ‘Gift voucher’ button beside each recording package. You can alter the quantities of products in your basket or delete products from your basket on the shopping basket web page. Once you have completed your shopping, simply follow PayPal’s instructions in order to complete your secure payment.
- Payments
- Sounds Good Studio does not hold credit or debit card details since card payments made to us are dealt with by PayPal. Customers do not require PayPal accounts in order to make payments through PayPal. PayPal accepts payments through all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Delta and Visa Electron. Once you have successfully placed an order online, you should receive an email from PayPal confirming payment. You will also receive an email from us confirming your order.
- Availability
- Once you have purchased your recording session, you will be contacted by us to arrange a date and time for your session that is agreeable to both parties. It may not be possible for us to schedule your recording session on your preferred date/time, however we will endeavour to find a date/time that is most convenient for you.
- Children
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Spectators
- A maximum number of two guests/spectators are permitted.
- Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers for recording sessions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers will be sent via 1st class post. Please allow at least 3-5 working days for 1st class delivery.
- Cancellations
- If you are unable to attend a booked session due to unforeseen circumstances, your session can be re-scheduled, provided that we receive 48 hours notice.
